Big shout-out to Arrow’s Exclusion team. We had a cornucopia of critters last year and finally bit the bullet and had Arrow come out and do the exclusion work. They were tenacious and responsive until we got everything taken care of. Then this week a fox squirrel somehow got into my attic and gave up the ghost, and the supervisor came out the same day I called them. This service is worth every penny.

I have had Arrow services for 33 years and am very pleased with the monthly pest service, termite service and the contract that prevents pests from entering my attic area...a system on the roof that prevents them from entering.

Stephen was on time. He was very thorough checking each room when we showed him where we have found dead ants in one spot inside two weeks before our service. We explained we had ant problems in Fall of 2021, and he said he would check and treat around the outside of our home.

I like the services offered… pest control, mosquito mitigation, termite control… especially appreciate Chad - our pest control technician.
