Very communicative, sending email reminders to schedule quarterly service, including scheduling the service through email instead of only via phone. Service tech Jason is also great at communicating on the day of service if he is running late or early to make sure I am still available. Actual pest control service is comprehensive and I appreciate the emailed report as well as the follow up from Jason when he finishes servicing the inside of the house.
