Great classes for seniors, good open gym and pickle ball times.
Decent quality/amount of weights and cardio equipment.
Pool looks lovely but isn't open in the winter I understand.

Even though it's a small building it overs so much. There is something for everyone. NO matter your age or ability to be active. They have something for you.

What do you like about our program and activities?

I go to Mrs. Judie’s water aerobics class when I have the time to and she really knows how to get people moving! You can feel the burn after that class. She’s there every morning to greet guests and is always so polite! Rose, Josh, and the other morning staff members are all so pleasant and friendly!
