Pool steam room and sauna
The YMCA is how we have brought our family together most this year
It's relieving to know that the Y has trustworthy individuals to pickup my child from school using their vans. They have amazing coaches that have energy and personality to play with the kids outdoors or on the basketball court. Thank you for all you do!!
They are pretty good with the kids after school, my kids like being here for the brief time. They’ve always been very attentive to my questions and concerns.

My son Eric loves coming to the Y after school. He enjoys the staff and everyone knows him by name. All the staff members are friendly and helpful as well.

I really enjoy the gym and amenities at the Pensacola Y! Staff is always very friendly and I have enjoyed my membership there over the past few months since I joined. I particularly loved going to the dry sauna and started going when directly after it was renovated. Although, I love going to the Y and will go out of my way to go even if I only have time for the sauna, I feel that both the wet and dry saunas are not very well cleaned. The sauna is a very big part into why I enjoy my membership at the Y, but I have been disappointed in how often it is cleaned and maintained. I have seen many times fellow members clean the floors of the sauna or do different things to make the sauna a cleaner place, but I haven’t seen Y employees do the same. I’m sure that Y employees clean these facilities after hours or perhaps during the day even, but I still feel that it is not cleaned enough. I know that many other members feel the same way and for the cost of the membership, I feel that it is fair to ask that these saunas should be cleaned much more frequently. I even think that the sauna could be closed for 15-30 minutes for cleaning throughout the day would be fine. Again, I enjoy my membership at the Y and especially enjoy the saunas, but the dry sauna in particular has been a little dirty and smelly and could use some additional and frequent cleaning. Thanks!!

We have our go-to organizations we support, especially over Christmas, so I had not planned on a donation this Christmas season to the Y. However, after recently being deeply touched by a lonely senior who sat in the locker room chatting with a person who took the time to hear her story of a very rough upbringing -- but she had such a grateful heart looking ahead -- it totally touched my heart. And THEN I was reminded why I love the Y SO MUCH. You include and encourage people from all walks of life, young, old, disabilities or not, to walk in your door and be at home no matter what their fitness levels are because it's an encouraging environment. (I'm not sure she ever worked out, but the company was such a blessing to her, and she was an unexpected blessing to me and the young lady that took the time to listen to her story.) Thank you, YMCA!!

As a member it is very convenient and is a good value. My daughter enjoys going there.
Constatine at Ferry Pass Elementary is phenomenal and I know that my kids are getting love when they’re with him after school. He has great communication with the parents and really cares for our children. He goes above and beyond to make sure to carry out the YMCA mission with our youngsters everyday. Cameron has been so kind to us and our family. Making sure we are aware of any and all benefits the Vickery Center has to offer our family. He is always there when we need his guidance. I grew up in before and aftercare and summer care in the YMCA. I am still friends with my schools director 39 years later. The impact through the leadership program the YMCA offered still makes a difference in my everyday life. You all are making a lasting impact on these children’s lives everyday. It is especially important for men to be involved in the YMCA’s children’s activities. I didn’t have a dad growing up, but I always knew I could count on the men’s guidance at the YMCA. I know I am not the only kid who benefited in that same way. I know kids are benefiting from Constantine’s presence and Cameron’s direction daily.
