The staff is all helpful, kind and cheerful. They always make it a pleasant experience and call you by your name when you check in. I also like the wide variety of classes and enjoy the private training with Tammy. The manager Dan is very helpful and knowledgeable about giving advice and suggestions for workouts and most helpful with training on the rowing machine. Sherry and David are always smiling and cheerful at the check in with their positive attitudes . I love the staff and the pride that they take in their work to keep the Y a clean, safe space to work out.

I’m fairly new however I’m enjoying the class I’m attending. The machines I’m using are always available that’s great. The staff is friendly very welcoming especially Stacie.

Great facility however I believe an expansion is in order. I love the fact that there is a little coffee bar. I love that there is a little library bookcase. Love the pool. Love that there is seating. I am a writer and it allows me to air and knock out a few pages some days. I believe that the expansion is needed due to the facility being soo popular. Either a taller building on the same property or build a bigger facility, like they have done at Gulf breeze. I will continue to support the Y in any way possible, they do good work. I also want to encourage other venues across Pensacola, love the skatepark, but believe that a large pump track would ultimately make this town epic. They have a ton of pump tracks in California up and down the coast with the best one I've seen in LA. With the increase in electric types of transportation, for me I enjoy electric long boarding, and a pump track adds a level of fitness that I can not gain on a bike due to my knee issues from my service in the Marine corps. A pump track would be a cherished addition to the city.
