I love Mark Pardo. I've been going to the Nob Hill location for years. During the pandemic, after I lost my job, I had to use discount salons. Even though I found a stylist who was pretty good, after I got my job back, I returned to Mark Pardo. I lighten my hair to a very white Platinum, and the Aveda products are the only brand that I have found which do not turn my hair into straw. Still soft after weeks of shampooing, which is unheard of with all other product labels.
