First time with another stylist, Cheryl, for retouch and haircut. Very happy with entire experience. MP training is so consistent, stylists are excellent.

Everyone at the salon is friendly, and my stylist, Sally Muniz, is good at what she does (and she's a lovely person as well). Appointments are on time, every time; the appointment reminder system and online receipts work seamlessly. Also,, Sally is absolutely the fastest stylist I've ever met. Since my time is valuable to me, I appreciate being able to get back to work quickly when I have an early morning appointment at Mark Pardo.

The welcoming atmosphere. The ladies at the front are always pleasant. I love how tea or water is offered. One of my favorite parts of my visit is the shoulder and scalp massage 💗

What did you like most about your salon experience?

I enjoy how personable Amanda my hairdresser and I believe her name is Cindy (at the front but I’m sure does many things at Mark Pardo) is. Other hairdressers are sweet too, it’s refreshing to see them happy for each other's wins. I am grateful to feel comfortable enough to say when I am not happy with any mishaps that go on with my hair because this salon is accommodating and understanding when you aren’t 100% satisfied. I feel like they actually want to improve anywhere they can to be the best.
