I love Mark Pardo. Yesterday my services didn't turn out like I planned. It was actually a bad ending but my stylist Jade took excellent care of it. She cleared her schedule to accommodate me at a another appointment to fix the mistake. Cindy the manager also put together a goody bag to get me ready for the upcoming appointment. I felt important and I appreciate that.Jade is awesome.I'm very pleased with the salon

I usually get a root touch up and retone every other month to keep it nice and silver/white but I was nervous going in. It had been 3 months since my last one and I had been advised to never go too long to avoid banding but I needed time to grieve over my twin who had just recently passed. I got super lucky Angel had an extra free hour to continue working on my hair dedicatedly after it needed multiple bleach applications. Rue helped a lot with timing the bleach, mixing the right toner to get me to the color I’m used to, and helping blow dry me after. I was extremely satisfied with both of these lovely hairdressers and wouldn’t hesitate to go back knowing i’m in good safe hands again! Overjoyed with how my hair came out, smart sweethearts they were indeed!
