I’ve always loved this salon - they treat you like you’re royalty and also their BFF. I have…complicated hair, and I’ve never been disappointed. Maxine was amazing - it was my first time meeting her, although I’ve come here for years. I would highly recommend a little self indulgence. It’s always worth every penny.

The clean and friendly atmosphere
Everything except the sinks. I have a bad neck and the sinks at the Knob Hull location were much better. Maybe you should put at least one of those sinks in your other two salons.
The stylist was extremely conscientious about her work. She did an extremely good job.
Janell listens to what my likes and dislikes are, she asks questions to ensure she and I both understand the process to have the best outcome.

Professional, clean and customer focused.
So look forward to my session with Savanna. She always knows exactly what to do. I like that she has been with the Mark Pardo salon for so long. I first met her when she was working at the Paseo Del Norte location. I wish that was still open but am willing to make the drive over to Winrock.
Annette is very knowledgeable and listens to what you want and she will tell you if it is possible with your hair type or not. The staff is always available to answer questions and help

I love Aveda products, so MP is a go to for me. I’ve always had great experiences here at this location. I’m a twice a year haircut girl who keeps it simple. I love that I can get this simple service here and Aveda products as well.
