I love my experience with Angel at Mark pardo. She does just what I want and more. The only thing I dislike is the unnecessary noise level--a very loud hair designer way in the back of the salon that I can hear many, many feet away. Disrupts an otherwise very pleasant experience.
I enjoy being greeted by a friendly person that offers me a drink, a complementary makeup refresher and a seat. Once my stylist, Rue is ready for me she will listen to what is working for my hair and what needs improvements. Rue works at making me comfortable and will give me little covers for my glasses so I can read while my hair processes. Rue wants to make me happy with my hair color and style and she is an expert! When I'm finished the receptionist and stylist work on making sure I am happy with my experience and will get me scheduled for my next visit.
Maxine is very professional and knows how to cut my hair. The staff are nice and always offer something to drink while I wait.
Angel was very patient and took the time to discuss issues I was having with my hair. The whole experience was very positive for me.

Great overall experience from greeting including ice tea through cut color shampoo and styling THEN a makeup touch up. The team does not miss a beat.

Maxine did a wonderful job coloring and cutting my hair. She listened to what I was hoping to accomplish and used her expertise and years of experience to make sure that the type of service that she provided produced the most natural results.
I was very happy with Maxine's attention to detail and enjoyed the hand massage and conversation while my color was processing.
Cindy is also a true asset to the Aveda organization. She knows the Aveda product line and is always happy to provide samples of Aveda products to make sure that you are satisfied before purchasing new items.
