Kirsten was absolutely fantastic. She was always "in our corner," raising questions and pointing out things we should think about and be aware of when making our decisions. Her eye is also always on the ball: she keeps track of all the little details and stages of the buying process. She was also super responsive, and was willing to spend as much time as we wanted answering out questions. More generally, Kirsten is always willing to go the extra mile. For example, during the inspection period, she scheduled and managed various contractors who came to inspect the property and tell us what is wrong and how much it will cost to fix. She even videoed one of these inspections to make sure we knew exactly what was said. We could not have been happier with her.

Kirsten did a fantastic job listing and selling my mom's condo. She has boundless energy and great ideas resulting in a quick sale for us. She is professional, detail oriented and, most importantly, responsive. She kept us updated on every development and made the process transparent and straightforward. What we didn't consider was the importance of a Realtor who knew how to write a strong offer even though our number might not be the highest. When we finally did find a house that passed her scrutiny (and that we all liked), an entire year had passed. But guess what, this turned out to be our total dream house, in every way! It wasn't too big, it was just the right size for my husband and I (both retired). It had all the amenities we wanted, including a great two car garage. It was in our price range. It was located in a beautiful tree filled neighborhood. We couldn't have wished for a better place!

And it was all down to having the absolute best realtor on the planet. We'll never be able to say enough about Kirsten and her incredible abilities, skills, instinct and profound kindness. We will always be very very grateful to her for helping us find our forever home!
