Throughout our buying process, Kathy was available to me to answer the many questions and concerns that came up on an almost daily basis. We have been very happy with her recommendation and referrals. She coordinated with our lender and helped guide us through the process of procuring our loan to the final signing. Before and after final signing, she has communicated with the sellers for us, answering several questions we had for them. Jean Wedemeyer (alongside her husband, Jim) is the best realtor I have worked with. She helped me to purchase the property I just sold. I bought the property in 2020. Selling this property was tricky because I began prep work to get the property market-ready after I had moved out of town. Floors needed to be refinished, and various surfaces painted. Jean helped coordinate these jobs with excellent craftsmen she recommended.
The eventual buyer of the property had exacting standards. Through thick and thin, Jean helped to address all of the buyer's concerns, even if the tasks involved her going to the property and working on the issues herself. She truly is outstanding and thinks outside the box. Thankfully, the buyer and I closed on the property, all without it going to market. Jean is the best!
