Kathy was very prompt and on top of things during the construction and purchase of our new home. Whether it was dealing with the contractors or the sales people from building company she made sure that we got what we paid for. She also insisted on getting a private inspection before we closed. We are so happy that we did because it found a few issues that we never would have caught. As overwhelmed first time home buyers it was a huge relief to have Kathy helping us through the process.

Susan Pollock is smart and knows how to get your house listed at the right price point so it will sell, even during the COVID crisis. I actually first met Susan six years ago when we relocated to MI and were house hunting. We looked at many houses, even with three feet of snow that winter, before we bought our house in Ann Arbor that we absolutely loved.
