I had no intention of selling and moving but Larry convinced me that it was in my better interest and he (and Susan) worked with me every step of the way. It has been a pleasurable experience, Larry is lots of fun and very patient about explaining. I look forward to my new condo, with a pool, and no stairs. Also looking forward to activities in the Library. He sold me a lifestyle.

I can't say enough good things about working with Jen and Joe! We were looking at houses all over south east Michigan and Jen and Joe were always willing to go any distance to show us places! We found a house we loved and they made the buying process SUPER easy! They were extremely helpful during negotiations and they even recommended a lender to us. This led to us saving thousands of dollars in overall price and closing costs compared to the lender we started the process with. All in all, my wife and I are forever thankful to Jen and Joe for everything they did to help us find our home! We will definitely be giving their name to any friends or family looking for realtors and if we ever need to buy again, they are definitely going to be our first call!
