Tim is very friendly and easy to work with. The sale of this property had little stress because Tim was always ready to assist. When we had to deal with the water department, Tim offered to assist in meeting the worker at the property to get the water shut off. He kept us up to date every time there was a showing and told us the feedback. We have used Tim before to sell property and it's always been a success.
