Tim was absolutely amazing. He was very easy to work with, and more than patient with our endless questions and concerns. As a first time home buyer I found out quickly I didn’t know exactly what I wanted at the start, but Tim walked me through designs and areas I hadn’t considered until we figured it out. He is very knowledgeable about all the areas we looked in, which was probably most in a 20 mile radius, and always shared things that made something a great neighborhood and overall area to live. After listening to pet concerns and what I liked to do in free time around the house, he adapted each time I found something I do and don’t like, and sent me new houses to look at almost before I really finalized my thought process. He was also always willing to go out to houses I found on my own to investigate, and always did a basic assessment during our walk though. He is very easy to talk to, and helped calm first house nerves quick with his knowledge, confidence, and assurances that we would find the right house.
The previous homeowners threw us some stumbling blocks along the way, but he went to bat for me and came out swinging! He was alway up front and honest about what they said vs what it could mean further down the line. I couldn’t recommend Tim further, and highly suggest contacting him!
