I met Rome randomly at an open house and immediately loved her vibe! She is down to Earth, honest, so funny, and knows her stuff. She made what felt like a fruitless and never-ending journey (at first) more enjoyable. Going to see homes with her was always a joy no matter what the outcome was! Rome was never pushy and allowed me space to make my own decisions, but she never let me fall on my face. She became a true confidant to me during my home search, and I am so happy she had the patience to stick with me for over a year of looking. When I was discouraged, she was able to make me feel optimistic again. She also got to know me so well that it felt like she knew how I felt about a home from the moment I stepped in it. She truly was a gem to work with. She also made the offer experience clear and easy. Even when she should have been off doing her own thing (and not even in the Country, mind you) she was still responsive when there was back and forth about the home I finally ended up purchasing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rome and how she handled my first-time home buying experience. I feel like I have a permanent pillar of support in my life because I met Rome, she is truly a gift!
