Cannot put into words as it was with mixed emotions regarding the selling of a home one had lived in for 38+ years. As for the mechanics of selling the home, everything went fine (surprised it went to a single person). It is the letting go that was difficult.

Then we found the perfect place and she walked me through the whole closing process. No question was dumb and she always encouraged me to ask.
