Lynn Stange came several times to the house in the months leading up to my engaging her as RE Agent. She provided advice without the expecation of a contract. She worked with me as I considered various options to selling. She came accross as measured and thoughtful. She had always done her homework.

I had a great experience buying my home. Michelle is a fantastic real estate agent. She is professional and knowledgeable. She was able to smoothly navigate me through all the ins and outs of my real estate transaction . She explained every little detail of the transaction to me in terms that I could understand . I needed to buy my house quickly and she was able to help me do that. I would highly recommend her !
James Balk is knowledgeable, insightful, and genuinely has your best interest at heart. James invests a significant amount of time making sure whatever it is you want or what is important to you, gets taken care of. You never feel rushed or feel like you are inconveniencing him, which makes you feel like the most important thing he has going on now. I've purchased multiple homes through James, and each time he works extremely hard on both sides to get the deal done. He does not have an abrasive personality which I've seen with some. He's great with younger folks and acts as much as a teacher as he does a realtor. James is a great person, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for property!

There are only a few people that you're ever going to meet that are as hard-working, professional, detail oriented, charming, intelligent, thoughtful, wickedly experienced with saint level patience than Michelle. This woman is determined to help make things work and goes beyond that extra mile (literally). She is incredibly sensitive to my feelings which lends itself to the high stress environment buying a home can create. I consider her a good friend at this point.
