We sold the house remotely from overseas. Matt was incredibly responsive and accomodating to our needs including taking on the role of a property manager - helping with our tenants, the city, and some contractors for some work on the house. He offered sound advice throughout the process.

Kirsten shared her extensive knowledge regarding the home buying process and homes in general, which was invaluable to us. She was happy to work with our long list of requirements and was with us every step of the way. When we found homes that we liked, she explained each part of the home buying process very clearly. Then, she assisted in finding us a reputable home inspector and sewage line inspector. Timely email responses were important to the home buying process, and Kirsten did not fall short there. When we found our home, she recommended companies to help us with home repairs. She went above and beyond to create a smooth home buying experience. If we were to purchase another home in the future, we would choose her again.

As a first time homebuyer, I don’t think I even had a concrete idea on what I was really looking for in a home when I started this process. Thankfully, Linda was both incredibly patient and informative throughout this whole process, which really helped me to develop an idea of what I was actually looking for. I never once felt pressured throughout the 5 months I worked with her, and she was always very responsive and accommodating with any questions or requests I had. Overall, the home buying process became so much more manageable with her assistance, and I look forward to working with her again in the future!
