Matt and his company have been outstanding. I bought three single familty homes in the Detroit MI area. My first property management company was Zest . the reason i said their name is to warn anyone from using them. Almost criminal. I found Matt through his mailings, thank God. I could call Matt anytime, he answered the phone. That may not sound like much. I dare you to find a company that communicates better than Matt and his company. I have three other Property companies none respond like Matt. If I needed anything he would usually have an answer within hours for sure end of day. I had Matt sell three homes for me. Had a buyer in two days cash for all three. Closed in a week. I just wish he worked outside oh Michigan. Matt Thank you
