Christin did such a great job with selling my home in Dearborn, in 2022, I of course reached out when I was ready to buy a new home. As a seller, she was so patient in explaining things, and I'm so thankful she helped me prep and stage my home to sell quick and for the amount I was hoping for. She has such an eye for design and decor that I hesitated to sell, it looks so so pretty! As a buyer, again she was patient this time with my boyfriend and I as we went through our options (build our buy) and even level set our expectations to reality, after an inspection that uncovered a lot of bad things. The team Christin works with is just as amazing as she is. The inspectors, and even for financing, trusting her to provide the best people to work with was the best decision I could have made. I'm so thankful for Christin, the only down side to working with her is that now with my old house sold, and new house closed on just yesterday... I'm going to miss her. Once you work with her, you'll miss her too! She's got the biggest heart and is so so funny! I'll miss her jokes, smile and infectious laughter, dearly.
