Jennifer went out of her way showing us houses hours away from her. She listened to our wants and showed us potentials that matched what we were looking for. She was knowledgeable on what the VA would be looking at for inspection. After finding our home and waiting on closing there was a tornado that had went through a town close to the house. She took the time to go check on the house. We were selling a home in KY which was a mess with the buyers there changing financing midway through which prolonged our closing. She was able to work it out that closing was close together. Her team was helpful when it came to closing due to it being out of state. Closing went smoothly. Jennifer and her team are awesome. Cassie really understood me, often better than I understood myself. She tried, patiently to find a good fit and point out what I might want to consider when looking at the entire picture, when I would fall in love with just one bit of a home, and not see the entire year-long living there picture. She was reassuring when I panicked, and encouraging when I didn't think there was a house out there for me. And then it just fell into place, like it was always meant to!

What I liked about my experience is that I never ever felt rushed. Ms Kimberly was the kindest patient person ever met. Exactly the person I needed for this huge move I made. It took 5 1/2 months from start to finish…. From signing the contract to signing the closing papers. Ms Kimberly came to my home and she was ready! By that I mean she had a list of anyone I could ever need from painters to electricians to an estate sale person. That in itself was a big help for me. I didn’t have to research…. I just chose from her list. She checked in with me often and gave encouragement. I never felt like I had to “hurry up!” I would definitely recommend Ms Kimberly! I felt very comfortable with her within 5 minutes and thru out the entire 5 1/2 months!
Now…. On to my new life in Texas! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything!! ❤️
