Barb was very up front with what the market was showing for homes like ours, that helped us make a decision easier. Also, when it came time to show the house, Barb found a photographer that made the house look marvelous. We also had a few unexpected closing glitches at the house, that Barb coordinated the delays through keeping everyone updated until we could bring them to resolution.
Mo was very professional, worked well with others, kept on top of things, answered our questions timely. Everything for closing went very smoothly and quickly.

Erika had the distinct pleasure of selling two houses for me in Michigan. The first house, which allowed us to relocate to a different location, sold quickly and the process was easy. The second house, which was our family house and certainly cared for, didn't sell as quickly. Not to any fault by Erika; she sold the house about six times over! Erika is always professional, keeps things moving, and is great at following up with any changes or quirks that happen during a home sale. Would highly recommend if I had more property to sell! But take Erika on because she'll get the job done for you.
Chad was there for me every step of the process. He helped direct me how to get the property ready to sell. He went over all the paperwork and his marketing plans so I understood exactly how things work and was very comfortable. He had multiple offers and helped me understand what the differences were so I could make a good choice. He was there for me start to finish. He was great to work with.

Made what I felt was going to be a very stressful process way more manageable then I expected. She knows the market and works to understand her clients needs.
We had a few houses to look at, looked at the first and were about to look at the 2nd house until I seen on the listing it was on a slab. So I said let's forget that one. She said it doesn't hurt to look. Turns out the house was listed wrong, it was on a crawlspace. I fell in love with the house and we just closed!

I could go on and on. Even before I worked with her, I had heard how Kristin had expertly helped the in-laws of a good friend of mine in NY to whom I had recommended Kristin after receiving her contact info from others in our department at UM. Kristin first helped my friend's in-laws, settled in Connecticut, find a rental here in Ann Arbor and then helped them purchase a suitable home. A year or more had elapsed after I had given my friend in NYC Kristin's contact info. Despite the long elapsed time, Kristin still reached out to me to thank me for referring my friend's in-laws to her.
