We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent! Before finding the cottage we ultimately fell in love with, she showed us multiple properties throughout Northern Michigan, always taking the time to understand what we were looking for. She paid attention to our must-haves and preferences and regularly sent us recommendations that fit what we wanted. When we couldn’t make the 2.5-hour drive due to other commitments, she went above and beyond by doing video tours so we could still see the properties remotely.
Once we found our cottage, she continued to go above and beyond by helping us navigate the entire purchase process, coordinating with our lender and the seller’s agent, and keeping everything on track so we could close by the date specified in our purchase agreement. She even did a video tour of the property after we signed so we could see it again without making the drive, and coordinated a mobile notary so we could sign our closing documents right from home.
Her communication, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience so much easier and less stressful. We always felt like she had our best interests at heart, and we are so grateful for everything she did to help us find and purchase our Northern Michigan cottage. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares about her clients!
Great work selling my house
There is nothing not to like. We both sincerely believe she was above and beyond the issues that faced us during this trying time. We have not moved in over 28 years and Maureen was our guide through the entire process. Always one step ahead of us made sure that everything went well. If an issue came up, she took care of it. We could not have asked any better support than what she gave each and every day. She always remained positive regardless of our feelings. Most importantly the end turned out very well. We sold our house at a better price than we were thinking and guided us into the successful purchase of our new home.There is absolutely no way it could have done better. We are so grateful that she approached us early on. She is not only and great Realtor, but also a great neighbor!!
