Clssses and walking track

Love going to the Y because they have so much in way of equipment! The choices are great and I can get a great workout! Staff is friendly and helpful!

While I don't participate in the Y's programs, focusing on getting my daily workout in, it seems to me the the Y others a wonderful variety of programs, both at the facility as well as community outings.
Also, I enjoy brief greetings/catch ups with many friends I've come to know in the workout area.

There are programs for all ages

The Y offers programs for different ages and skill levels. It's a great way to stay in shape and socialize with others.

I joined the Y because of the discount offered to my company plus the availability to use all of the YMCA sites. I normally work in Lexington but I live in Lawrenceburg so the Frankfort facility is convenient to me when I work from home or on the weekends. I only use the gym but it has all the equipment I need. The staff is very friendly and professional. And it's only a 15 minute drive from my house.

I absolutely love the yoga classes! The teachers are so caring and work with all levels of abilities.

The silver sneakers program is great.

When you walk in you are greeted and the work out room is nice. When you walk out they make sure they talk to you.

I love the variety of newer equipment in strength training area.

Most days I can find at least one class to attend. I truly enjoy the ones that give a challenge. I also enjoy the people I meet along the way and the new friendships.

Low key, easily accessible

For cost, the gym is exactly what I need. I work in Frankfort, but live out of town. So I am in the facility 2 to 3 times a week. It is always clean and most every day. The machines I want to use are available. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I love the Precor Elliptical machine. They give me great workout and are much easier on my body than other Elliptical type machines.

The West Frankfort YMCA is very well equipped with general exercise equipment! The staff are second to none in experience and helpful. Our ‘ Y’ has good seasonal team sports for the youth. I feel the membership would increase if the pool would reopen!

As I have neuropathy I cannot attend classes but use the stationary bicycles and do weights so regardless of my shortcomings can still get some exercise!!!
