The staff is very friendly and interacts well with me and my dog. They have been very flexible on nights that I am late picking up my dog due to work. This is much appreciated.

Very clean

The staff members were so friendly and helpful. While my dog joined the group, the front desk associate answered questions and turned the webcam video on full screen in the lobby so I could watch my dog play.

They are very friendly upfront and you can see it in their care for our dogs.

I am not on a regular schedule and I like the flexibility of calling an hour or two prior to dropping my dog off.

The staff is friendly, approachable and patient. They all seem to know each and every dog and this provides confidence to me in knowing that they are personally invested in the care of all dogs.

Staff is outstanding. I can't say enough good things about the care Dottie receives when at Dogtopia Arlington Heights. Dottie can't wait to go and always has fun. I don't hesitate to recommend them to other dog owners. Keep up the good work.

Dogtopia of Arlington Heights is the best! Caring staff, spacious, clean facility, and awesome themed days. Always a pleasure to interact with the team there. So grateful my dog, Flame, gets do go there weekly for some playtime, socialization, and TLC. Thanks to Ross, Gabby, Katy, and the team for all you do!

The people were so welcoming and knowledgeable and took great care of the dogs as I could see on the camera feed. My dog didn’t want to come home!

I like being able to check up on my dog through the cameras. I love that my dog wants to go to 'school' and has loving relationships with some of the staff. I love that most staff know her name and seem happy to see her.

Staff is super friendly and accommodating! They are very good at putting you at ease when leaving your furry kids in their care. I love the ability to see in the web cam how my pups are adapting and playing. I always walk away knowing they are in good hands! The service and staff are excellent!

Dogtopia has been a game changer in the growth of our adopted pup. The love he gets from the Canine Coaches and the friendships he has gained from the other pups has thrived his emotional growth. Dogtopia has become like family to us. The Canine Coaches are extremely nice and loving. They go above and beyond every day. Not to mention the extreme cleanliness dedicated to each room. Friendly staff who care about and connect with the dogs.

The staff is wonderful! They care for my dog as if he was their own dog. My dog is still recovering from ACL surgery. When they see that he is limping, they give him some quiet time so he can rest his leg. Every staff member is amazing!!!
