The staff is wonderful- they love dogs and take great care to make sure the dog parents are happy too! My Bella loves going to Dogtopia. I feel extra safe knowing I can check in on her and see what she's up to during the day. It's fun because basically she us a watcher. She watches the other dogs occasionally gives instructions with a bark or two.

Everyone is extremely friendly and treats my dog so sweety and with wonderful energy. We love watching on the dogcam, must see TV.

Staff was very friendly. The girl that gave us our tour answered all my questions and made me feel very confident about leaving my dog in their care. I appreciate the webcam so that I can check in on my dog. She came home from her first day happy and TIRED!

I loved that the canine coaches were always in the room to redirect dogs and watch their behaviors! The staff was so encouraging and positive and I felt very confident leaving my high energy pup there. The curbside pickup is especially nice for cold weather!

The acclimation process, the special care tht is taken with each dog an how they rembr the dogs names. The cleanliness of the facility. I like the process all together. After watching my Big girl play on her first day I wasnt worried about leaving her in dogtopia’s hands. They take good care of them. The staff is great, they show much patience an love to each dog.

The facility is constantly being cleaned, during this cootie filled time it’s important. Finally, everyone welcomes our beast, big bark and all, because they understand that a bark does not always dictate a dogs behavior.

Staff is so friendly. Facilities are very clean. I like the webcam so I can observe my dog and see who he likes to play with and what things he does. The outdoor playtime is great. I like how Dogtopia of Arlington Heights uses social media to share what’s happening there.

The staff at Dogtopia of Arlington Heights is AMAZING! They are all super friendly and nice. It is a safe, fun and loving environment for my dog. I love that they give you a puppy report card every week and do fun activities during puppy preschool. They also, do additional fun events for your dog! I love that I am always able to check up on my pup through the app. The app is quick and easy to navigate and I love that I am able to request extra daycare days or spa services and more. Today was Tucker's first time getting a spa service and definitely won't be his last! I was BEYOND amazed! My dog was clean, groomed and smells great! I can not emphasize how much I recommend Dogtopia of Arlington Heights they are amazing and you won't regret sending your dog!

Friendly and easy to book!

The staff at Dogtopia of Arlington Heights are very friendly and take awesome care of all the dogs. They even put on events during the month to raise money towards a service dog fir a veteran. Remi enjoys going to daycare during the week to play with her dog friends and the staff. They keep the faculty really clean and offer a drop off/pick up service. Highly recommend anyone looking for daycare to check this place out.

Convenient, the dog loves it and comes home exhausted.

The staff go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and all your questions are answered. They do a great job allowing the dogs to play appropriately with each other and use gentle redirects when necessary. We are a new family to Dogtopia and we are excited that we made the decision to join!

The staff is so incredibly reliable and friendly. I was hesitant about bringing my dog into daycare after looking at several facilities in the area; however, I knew instantly when I visited Dogtopia that I had found a truly special place. The staff is kind and work wonderfully with the animals. My dog absolutely loves to go to daycare at Dogtopia!

Everyone is so nice and sincerely seems to love dogs! I don't worry about my Winnie when's she there. It gives me great peace of mind knowing she's being looked after so well.

Everyone is so friendly and encouraging. Our dog has some initial separation anxiety and the team is patient and focused on helping this old dog transition to a healthy social environment for him.

The service is professional , caring and my dog loves going there, he cries when we pull up because he is so anxious to get inside. The staff is amazing and they treat the dogs as if they are theirs. I love the ability to watch the dogs on web cam it’s quite entertaining and it builds trust with the facility. Dogtopia Arlington Heights is simply amazing and I would recommend them to anyone!

Best Doggie daycare in town with best team ever!!!

You are always super friendly and my dog loves playing at Dogtopia.

My dog is new to daycare, so I was watching on the webcam, and was very pleased to see how he was eased into being around other dogs.

One thing, though-if it wasn't for COVID I wouldn't mention it, but one of the coaches was blowing bubbles for the dogs. Any other time I would think it's a great idea, but she pushed down her mask in order to exhale, which counteracts any effects of wearing a mask.

It was our first day there. They took Baylee and were very good with her being nervous and introduced her to the other puppies. I was able to watch her through the window until I felt comfortable to leave her there for a few hours so she gets comfortable herself. I was able to watch her make friends and have a great time on the web cam. Upon returning, when they brought her out to me she didn’t want to go. She turned and scratched at the door wanting to go back and play. Baylee is a German Shorthair Pointer. They have tons on energy to burn. And that she did. She slept most of the night lol

Duke has a blast every time he goes to dogtopia. They have fun events for pups and make take-home projects that you can show off at home. The staff are always so friendly and you can see how much they love all the pups.

I love how I can see my pup all throughout the day through the cameras. The facility is clean, and you can tell the individuals working there love dogs. I also appreciate their hours.

GOSH, When Nox attends daycare I know he is loved and cared for.He gets to play and get energy out and socialize.I feel like my pup is actually being watched and helped to be the best dog ever.The staff is so kind and informative as well.The facility is always clean and they have tons of fun activities.
