Most of all, I love the way every staff member treats the dogs. Everyone knows the dogs by name and that’s them so sweetly.

Everyone is always very friendly and they seem to really love the dogs. Ross is a great manager and the staff is always very helpful. The biggest plus is that they really know the dogs and their personalities. Mine love going there.

Great staff, really care about the dogs. Lots of photos and fun little treats for them at daycare. Still wish that the romper room was open more days so that there wouldn't be so many dogs in the other two rooms! But it seems like they are working on it

We are always greeted with a smile by the folks at Dogtopia in Arlington Heights! Our dog is always happy when we drop him off and he always has a big smile on his face when we pick him up, we always know he has a great time. Love the fact that we can watch him on video and check in on him during the day if we are feeling lonely while working. We know he is in good hands while he is there. Highly recommend this location.

Staff is very friendly! My dogs were super happy and tired when we got home. We’ve been to a lot of daycares and they always come back smelling like dog pee. Here they smelled like they just took a bath before I picked them up!

The staff is always friendly, cheerful, and energetic. Our pup Layla was a little shy and timid her first couple of weeks, even a little apprehensive to go with the staff but watching her grow and seeing how excited she gets once we pull into the parking lot makes my mornings and even gets me excited for the day.

My beagle-mix puppy thrives in the company of her bfff's and the Dogtopia coaches. Eden is a very social dog and daycare allows for her to run & play all day; she is always happily exhausted & always excited to return.

Being a new puppy-mom I love the access to the web cams where I can sneak-a-peek. The staff is amazing: professional, courteous, and sincerely enjoy caring for my pup. Dogtopia allows me to be the best Dog-Mom possible.
