The staff are great at the desk, I love that I constantly see someone in the room with the dogs, they get to know their customers and have great customer service, they are attentive to the dogs wellbeing and keep us informed as needed. I love their communication!!!
Level of care
During this particular stay (boarding), something unique occurred and the team handled it well. Their priority was my dog's health and safety. They were thorough in their review and action steps following the incident.

I love Dogtopia Millard! I am a new dog owner and hate leaving my puppy at home! But she loves going to daycare during the day! The staff is amazing and Lola loves all of them!

First and foremost, I love the staff. They're caring, open and honest, and willing to work with my puppy on his behaviors that are at times, stressful.
The hours are great and I've never had trouble getting my dog in for daycare and/or boarding when needed.

My pup loves to come here. She is always happy to arrive and never anxious to leave!! Bella is well cared for at Dogtopia. They staff all know her habits and she is attached to each person there. They always make us feel welcome. I check in randomly by the video feed and love to watch the dogs playing. Bella is so worn out when she gets home that we have trouble keeping her awake and the next day she is still exhausted.
Mila loves going and is always excited when we pull up. She is worn out and lazy which is the goal when we get home. Everyone who works there is so friendly and nice. They are welcoming and talk about how much the enjoy Mila when she is there which is super sweet.
