Dogtopia staff are incredibly accomodating to meet the unique needs of my very sweet but naughty Rottweiler.

I called on Saturday the 18th after having an awlful experience with the front desk employee at the West Dogtopia location.
The Millard location employees were more than willing to help me. They accommodated a meet and greet that was not scheduled. And they were both very welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional.

Staff was friendly and the "trio" had a great time and were worn out when we picked them up. I also appreciated that you let my little guy go hang out with the big boys as he is really use to playing with his brother and nephew :)

I love the staff at Dogtopia! Every time I drop off or pick up my dog they are so friendly and helpful. They are constantly engaging with the dogs and always up and moving. I trust that they will take great care of my dog every time I bring him in.

I had no idea what to expect with dog daycare and the safe, professional and patient. I was a new mom to these services and leaving my pup for the first time with strangers was so hard for me. I did my research and look at the different places offering services and found this location to be close, prompt and friendly within my initial encounter. I love the sections they have for the different size of pups and the location is so clean and welcoming. From the time I scheduled the initial interview for my puppy to be evaluated to each time I check her in has been beyond my expectations. I absolutely love that they know her name when she comes in and greets her slowly and patiently (she is still a little nervous in new environments). They take the proper time to let the pups get used to the environment before just letting them in with all the other dogs. I love the nest video to calm my nerves as a dog mama. The staff are all so helpful, friendly and supportive with any questions you have.

We've been to other doggie daycares in the area and Dogtopia - Millard/Gretna is the absolute best! The staff is friendly and obviously loves dogs and their job. The facilities are always clean. We know every time we drop off our pup he's going to have a wonderful time in a safe, clean, and loving environment.
We've also utilized grooming services and recently had Jodi take care of our fluff ball. He's got a very thick coat and she did a wonderful job.

Val, the groomer, did a WONDERFUL job with my pup. Will absolutely return.

The staff is great. Location is great. Store is very clean and Addy loves it there. The only thing that bothered me was seeing my dog eat others stool. I did leave for 2 months in hopes the staff in the playrooms pay more attention to that area. I hope we can continue she has some bffs there😊😊

The associates are always so careful with Fletcher knowing that he is a timid dog. They slowly introduce him to the other dogs in the playroom. I feel like they really care him.
