The girls always show up and get right to work. They have everything they need, so I don't have to constantly stay stocked with cleaning supplies. I'm always satisfied with the cleaning (except they forget the basement stairs sometimes;)

You try hard and I would recommend you, however the supervisor had to go over a couple of cleaned tables, and my lamps have never been dusted, the bases, not the shades, haven't been cleaned.

I appreciate the card each cleaning demonstrating which rooms included deep cleaning. It's nice to get this. Wish we could get it each cleaning.

All of the cleaning staff, without exception, are courteous, professional, and do an excellent job . When they leave my home it is so clean and fresh smelling!

I like that the cleaning is done consistently well. Also, if there is something that needs improvement it is taken care of immediately. The staff and management really seem to care that the customer is pleased.

Prompt. Reliable

First of all, we like the fact we almost always have the same person (Ashley) clean our house. We feel like she does a great job. She also accommodates our two dogs. It's a reasonable cost and takes the burden off of us, as we both work full time. We also like that Merry Maids uses their own cleaning products. We don't have to keep up with making sure we have what they need.

Heather is prompt, efficient, and takes pride in doing her work. She's always in a pleasant mood and asks if there's anything else that needs to be done.

The house smells so clean when the team finishes! They are very thorough and always do a great job! Also, willing to do anything I ask.
