I don’t participate in any of the programs or activities offered. My daily routine is to lift weights, use the CrossFit area and cardio equipment. The staff at the Y are very helpful and friendly.

The swimming programs are fantastic. They are progressive and focused on the participants.
I like the fact that I can walk in and the staff know my name and greet me. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I enjoy the treadmill and the bicycle. This Y is very clean and even the other patrons are very friendly.
All the staff are respectful and happy to help when needed. The instructors are always on time and make the classes enjoyable. Another thing I like is that when you bring up an issue, they work to fix it quickly and keep you informed about the steps they are taking.

my children absolutely love the kids yoga program. they can't wait to go to the program and with one in each class ,i was worried about how to occupy them but you guys offered a drop in activity program which they love as well! thank you so much! i hope you continue the kids yoga program!!
I’ve just joined the Aqua fit program and really enjoy. Feel good afterwards and the instructor is really good.

I love that families are welcomed. As a Mom of two who was slightly isolated due to Covid. It was hard getting back out there. I am definitely struggling with my postpartum body. I felt like it would be an impossible task to balance getting back into shape and being a Mom. The Y has activists for all of us. I can have a little “me-time” while the kids are at child minding. Which is amazing by the way. My youngest is super fussy and cry’s when he cannot see me, but the child minding staff do no mind. They help my child and myself deal with the separation anxiety. Then after I have “me-time” I can have “us-time” in the swimming pool. The kids love the mommy and me classes and everyone share the pools. I was worried my water living toddler would splash too much, but everyone we have met shares my toddlers love of the water. We have met so many wonderful people. Thank you YMCA
Swimming, kids activities and lessons. Wish you have group classes matching kids activity times exactly most times I have to leave or am unable to do it because of when it starts and ends
I think you guys have all activities and you guys have very good management team very friendly staff and pretty good hours of service which works for most of the people but I wish it was open until 12:00 pm. Every thing else looks excellent.
Great family plan! Swimming and karate included makes it well worth the cost!
The gym is clean and has all equipment you could ask for.
Aquafit
I love everything about the Y! I love all the group fitness classes I’ve tried so far (Power, Blast, Active, Core, Kettlebells) and all of the instructors who are welcoming and enthusiastic about every class.

I take part in the Chair Fit/Strength and Stretch class every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I also use the bikes upstairs and the rowing machine. The classes challenge me and are making me more fit and stable.
The staff are awesome.
