At this Y you will find a fantastic variety of classes to choose from; taught by the most amazing instructors. The classes are never boring...the instructors change-up the workouts to make it challenging. As an added bonus, the members at this Y are warm and welcoming. The club is also kept super clean on a daily basis.
The programs are well managed. The instructors are great with chidren, they are motivating and excellent guides.

Smaller facilities that have more friendly staff
It’s the friendly staff that make the difference for me. Being greeted every morning from a smiling face is a wonderful way to start the day. The time and effort that the instructors put into creating the classes makes each day a little different and enjoyable. For a lot of seniors the YMCA is a large part of their social life and the members are our communal family.

The program director has gone above and beyond to provide my son whom has special needs to learn at his own pace without changing instructors. My son's instructor has made a great impression on my son with his calm, funny, and understanding personality.
I feel very lucky as a parent to have these two professionals helping my son to achieve continuity in his life and be active both physically and socially.
