Staff and volunteers very approachable, friendly and helpful
Enjoyable experience with the staff and other patrons, and the program. Very clean facility,well laid out.
I only use the Y for the aqua fit classes and attend every day Monday through Friday. We go south in the winter time for three months and would really like to have access to virtual or online aqua fit classes. Any chance this could be considered? I would then maintain my membership and not put it on hold. I am sure there are probably many others in the same situation for the winter or those who have pools in the summertime. Thank you.

Staff, facility and programs
I had never been to the Bostwick location before but was really impressed with the facility. Everything was spacious and clean. I loved the bootcamp class I attended. The instructor was really nice and great at explaining each step of the class. I will be back for sure!

Aquafit classes .
I like that I can pay for lane swimming without having to pay for a Y membership. That is the only activity that I take part in right now.
The staff and facility are very wonderful. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The facility is clean and easy to navigate.

Love how clean and bright this location is. Staff are very friendly. Love the class options of aqua fit. The location has a great library as well. Hopefully the wellness cafe will open soon. Love to grab a quick healthy bite to eat after a workout.

Clean facilities, great pool and gym.
I haven't participated in any group classes, only PT.
I would like to comment that for those using PT, there should be a way for the trainer to reserve the equipment being used with the client. On 2 occasions my workout has had to be amended due to the number of people at the gym and equipment not being free.
I also would like to see more variation in availability for group classes. The current offerings are too limited in time/day availability.
Friendly staff, great programs
Took advantage of the free aqua fit class for cancer patients from Wellspring. So grateful for this. A wonderful and therapeutic activity. Excellent facilities. Wonderful staff. The pool is at a very comfortable temperature. The instructor was great.

You have wonderfull excersise machines and friendly staff
