The staffs in YMCA are very friendly and helpful.
I only use Aquafit and Lane swim with the passes. As a senior I find it too expensive to join. the other heath clubs membership is much cheaper.
I go to the pool daily for aqua fit. I love the flexibility of the schedule and the temperature of the water. The instructors are top notch. Their energy and enthusiasm iis contagious making each session fun. Their front desk staff are always polite, friendly and helpful. We’re lucky to have this facility in our community.

I enjoy the freedom to purchase a swim pass to participate in AquaFit classes, without needing to commit for a certain schedule.
The instructors are all great, making exercise fun!
I am enjoying the aqua fit program very much. I have osteoarthritis and am awaiting 2 surgeries on my hips. The aqua fit and physiotherapy that I participate in is preparing me for my surgeries.
I would like to add that the staff and atmosphere are truly top notch.
All programs are great! Especially Pickelball, aquafit and fitness classes. Well done Star Tech!
Our swim instructor Siba was incredibly kind and helpful. She knew how to entertain our 2 year old, keep her safe and teach her new skills. She should be sought out and had made a full time ymca member because just her alone as been reason enough to keep a membership.
I also love the welcoming environment from the front desk.

I have been using the walking track for three months since heart surgery and have now joined to use machines etc.
Find the Y to be very clean and maintained to a high standard.
I am now about to sign up for a personal trainer to get help in the right exercises at the right time to assist my long term recovery.
Lots of variety for all age groups.
I enjoy the water aerobics and having different instructors keeps it interesting !
Love the pool and temperature and availabity of hrs for open swim. I have a hard time with lane swim. It's great to know there are usually a couple lanes for open swim.
The Tuesday class stretch and strength and Thursday class light and lively. I like the teachers.

Staff, locker rooms, overall atmosphere and the variety of times for programs.
I like the variety of fitness classes. I like the flexibility of the times and I especially like the enthusiasm and professionalism of the instructors
Great instructors for the exercise classes including Turf time, Group active, Group power and cycling. These classes are very well designed to promote fitness and health and movement for functional mobility in everyday life.
The Y in general had a great and inclusive atmosphere for everyone which makes it a welcoming place for all ages.
Very clean the people are very friend. Broken lights etc are fixed in a timely fashion

It takes me 75 minutes to swim a mile (64 lengths) ...
For a cost of a mere $4 per swim.
I can't even buy a Flat White at Starbucks for that amount.
And your lifeguards - Zack, Ben, Georgia and all the others - are the coolest.
