Each one-hour-plus swim costs less than a Grande Flat White from Starbucks!
The pool is magnificently configured, with a state-of-the-art access ramp.
The temperature of the water is perfectly regulated - not too warm, not too cold.
'Coolest' of all are the lifeguards - Cole, Ben, Jake, Kate and all the others whose names slip my mind at the moment.
They are personable AND professional - a rare combination.
They are a delight to converse with, and have made me feel not only welcome, but appreciated.
The air circulation in the men's locker room is carefully regulated, too.
The showers are a delight to use; the water is warm and invigorating, and there's a shelf to place my shampoo, conditioner and body wash on.
I also appreciate the full-size lockers:
• There's room to tuck in my knapsack on the floor
• My clothing apparel each hangs on individual hooks
• My shoes fit in the shelf overhead
And it's wonderful not to have to concern myself with bringing my own lock.

Organization
I really like how your staff enforces the use of cellphones while members are using the weight machines. It gives me time to think about alternate gyms while I wait for them to finish playing games, texting or surfing.
like the work out programs but wish there was more aqua fit during the evening.
I only participate in aqua fit and I very happy with the instructors. I feel I get a good workout and it has helped me with my weight loss. I am a senior and appreciate the reasonable cost.
All staff that I have encountered are very personable and helpful.

The frequency of Aquafit is very much appreciated. The temp of the water and the air temp in the pool area is just perfect - not too cold! Thank you so much for that!
Community minded and friendly
Bostwick Y is a modern, clean and well equipped facility that I enjoy using. I have a few specific activities that I enjoy and the Startech Y keeps me motivated enough to keep coming back.
I enjoy the aquafit class that I attend. The instructor, Amelia, is amazing and I enjoy that she makes exercising fun.
I have been attending the Group Groove class at 11-12 on the Saturday morning. I do enjoy the teachers ability to connect and cue with her class. And that she teaches to the demographic of the room.
The child minding area was a great option for my 2&5 year old but didn’t realize my 7 year old couldn’t attend so she joined me in the groove class .
Loved the option of the two pools for the kids. When driving up to the location I pointed out the building and pool to the children. And as we drove by a little girl was naked in the window which I was very confused by. Not sure if this is an on going concern.

I enjoy the pool and find the premises to be extremely well-maintained and clean.
There are a lot of programs offered. Enjoy Aquafit and the different times that it is offered.
Beautiful Facility, Senior membership
Like the variety of equipment and fitness classes, the early hours, and the great location. Love stopping by to use the library in the same building.

I just love it all , the stuff for the kids is amazing I really feel very comfortable leaving my 3 babies for me to do my workout, before this place I wasn’t really able to take care of my self at the gym now I can work out relax that my kids are very well taken care of, and the play area is amazing I love sitting there while my kids play safely with me while I get some work done as well there is so much you can do I really recommend this place
