Always love the HPF class - love the AdMo studio - space is very large, did not feel cramped at all and the teacher's music was great!
Loved the class - such fun energy. the Rock theme was very motivating.
Really challenging and rewarding workout. I haven't sweat like that in ages! I clearly have so much room for improvement but am now motivated to get stronger! Thank you all so much!
Great class! So many people though and a little to fast and unfocused. Still loved the flow as an experienced yoga practitioner. I wouldn't qualify this class as all-levels.
I like how comfortable I feel at the studio. As a bigger woman I never feel judged or uncomfortable being in a sports bra and leggings around the other yogis. Everybody minds their own business and is really there to better themselves. I love going and I love the way the classes make me feel. I especially love Rolanda Wang’s classes, they are my favorite. Her flows are so fun and inventive, I never miss her class.
