Very satisfied with the services in my home. Spoke with the owner of this franchise, who answered all my questions. Can honestly report that every question was answered directly which made me feel part of the team, and not just another homeowner who was only interested in quantity of time rather than discussing specific questions re: their own home. The young women took time to focus on the jobs requested by the homeowners, and did now mind the few additional tasks they were asked to perform.
Merry maids for me go beyond there duties. Example I had pots in my sink soaking from a function previous night not expecting the maids to clean it and they washed them both..was pleasantly surprised and impressed.
My hardwood floors shine with clean not overpowering scents.
Hard workers and they use good cleaning products.
