Roger was great and very prompt when it comes to explaining me everything about the bike and how to take good care of it. He set up everything for me starting from the saddle height. I would go here every time I have a problem with my bikes.

I have been a customer since arriving in Switzerland in 2008. Roger has always been professional, helpful, and tolerant of my still poor German. The services he performed on my Project1 and our other TREK bikes, was and continues to be professional and completed in a timely manner. I have also
purchased multiple bicycles for my son and he always took the time to assist us in determining the correct size bike. I will not be going anywhere else for my bike needs!

English speaking owner is very helpful.
