Rick was and still is the g.o.a.t. I had a very bad infiltration of German cockroaches that came out of nowhere. I called Arrow and Rick came out. He promised me at the time he could get rid of them but it would take time. I told Rick, if he was successful I would sign a contract with him. It has been blissful ever since. My wife and I are adamant, we don't want or to see roaches in our home. That is just how it has been from the start. Everyone since Rick, has been professional, friendly, attentive to me as a customer, most appreciated. Bobby is my current bug getter. Enjoy his friendly attentive service.
