We love Arrow! All the staff are so professional and so nice. Even over the phone they make you feel appreciated and understood. Alex who handles our account is fantastic. She always knows the answers to my questions and always has the best attitude when talking to her on the phone. Our service tech Josh is extremely nice and considerate. He’s great around our dogs and always makes sure we know what he’s doing when in our home. We couldn’t ask for a better pest control company!
