Brandon, who sprayed quarterly at my place, is always on time, is courteous, closes all gates that he opens (this is a farm and animal rescue) and that is important. The man who inspected for termites did his job and was pleasant to talk with.

The Arrows rep was very thorough in treating inside the house but did not treat the doors and windows outside as he promised, once I stopped looking. Quite disappointing since I have been a devoted customer of your company.
