It has been over 10 years since I retired (and started doing my own hair) - it isn't the same. Jenny was professional and very kind. Will be back - it is worth putting a little away every pay day to have my hair taken care of professionally. Enjoyed the service and the salon.

Kim was fantastic, I showed her a pic of what I wanted, and she cut my hair exactly that way, effortlessly! It is the best haircut I have had.
The Turkey Creek location does need an upgrade to the hair wash stations! I really missed the comfortable chairs that the Cedar Bluff location has.

My salon experience was sensational because of the exceptional customer service by Amanda. She is attentive to your specific needs and requests and ensures superior results. I am hopeful she is valued by upper management and they realize what a gem she is!!
