First off, the staff is always smiling. That actually puts a smile on my face. They are kind to my fur baby and he's always happy to go to daycare. Having the simple spa services is a huge benefit as I can get two things done in the same visit (daycare and spa). Overall, this is a very professional facility and I'm pleased to be a customer.

We are very happy with Dogtopia and the care our Walter receives there. We had a bit of difficulty opening the webcam, but your associate helped us over the phone. It was easy to reschedule Walter’s bath when we called to say we were picking him up a day early.

Staff really cares about dogs...very flexible
Everyone is so good with my dog. They are very welcoming and doing fun events each week. My dog gets very excited when we pull into the parking lot. The facility is clean and messes are cleaned up right away.
