We used Complete Weddings and Events, specifically the DJ services, for our October 20th wedding at Destihl Brewery in Normal, IL. From start to finish we had an amazing experience. We appreciated the online planning tools, reminder emails, and helpful phone calls with staff to get us prepared for our big day! A huge shoutout and thank you goes out to our DJ, Jon. He had such a great energy, understood the type of music and vibe we wanted for our reception and executed that flawlessly. He was well organized and helped make the flow of our evening go smoothly. By the end of night, he was on a first name basis with most of our guests and was out mingling and tearing it up on the dance floor with us. Just a phenomenal guy and a great DJ. Highly recommend DJ Jon and the team at Complete Weddings and Events.

Complete Weddings + Events was a joy to have at our wedding!

We booked our DJ, Photography, Photobooth, Lighting, and Dancing on a Cloud through them. I truly believe having them all connected to one another and in communication through the company was a HUGE help. We were easily able to contact them, or Alex, and received near immediate responses--whether it be about scheduling the day of or any silly inquiries in between.

Jason was our DJ, and completely delivered on the energy for all of our introductions. The timing on the music was great, he made sure we knew we could "cut" a song short for our solo and parent dances and did so flawlessly, and even checked in to see if we needed drinks!

Christine photographed our big day and was by our side nearly the whole time. She provided a schedule that we followed throughout the day and worked well with our fairly large wedding parties (eight on each side) and outside videographer (they worked SO well together). She is fully present and there for YOU the whole day! She really took charge and we knew we could depend on her.

Jeff covered our photobooth, lighting, and dancing on a cloud. He was one of the first to reach out, asked many questions about the flow of our day to make sure he was ready, and was just a pleasure to meet! Maybe I didn't realize it on our initial sign up, but he printed every photo strip and had a book ready for guests to sign. My husband and I stayed up late just looking through it all, which made the day all the more special.

We had issues with Lincoln Complete Weddings after paying for a package that we thought included premium photo/video and then was disrespected and lied to about the service area of Omaha vs Lincoln. In the end we ended up canceling our contract with Complete Weddings Lincoln in favor of Complete Weddings Omaha. We did however already pay our deposit, and decided to use our deposit to do a love story video.

Our videographer Ben was amazing! Not only was he extremely flexible, kind, and fun to work with, he also made quick work on his editing and delivered our short film very quickly. He has professional taste and made our love story a piece that we will enjoy forever! Thanks Ben!

Despite the weather, Emily was great and we made the very best out of it! She’s a sweetheart and was super attentive to my wants and needs and made sure I was okay with guests requesting music. I highly recommend your services!
