Jenny is an amazing photographer! The photos we got back were absolutely beautiful and better than I could have imagined. I'm so glad she was there to get photos of my get ready for my wedding because my maid of honor and I didn't exactly know what we were doing lol. She gave me so many tips on how to go about the day in my wedding dress and gave my maid of honor tips to help get all those buttons. She clearly had been to several weddings and knew what was going on more than us lol. She helped alleviate a ton of stress and got some amazing pictures. She even left us a little print out of one of the photos on our wedding day and of course it looked amazing! I can't recommend Jenny enough, she is the perfect photographer!
We liked how easy the entire booking process was with Complete! We felt minimal stress when it came to planning our DJ services! We also want to shoutout Alex H - he was incredibly easy to work with, listened to every one of our suggestions, and was very willing to let us bounce ideas off of him, while also giving us great advice! On top of all of that, he was very attentive on our wedding day to our timeline and was very flexible! We would recommend him to anyone booking with Complete!

So helpful and easy to work with! We were able to get the dance floor we wanted for about a third of the price of other vendors. It was easy to pick up and put together!

The process of getting our information to the DJ was easy and efficient.
Our venue required us to choose from a preferred vendors list. At the time of booking, Complete was hosting a Happy Hour where we were able to meet some of the djs, photographers, videographers, and test out the photobooth. I loved that I could bundle services!
My photographer Levi, and my DJ Marshal were very accommodating and easy to work with! Im not great with poses, and Levi was great at directing me and my husband on what to do. It seemed like if there was a moment going on, Levi was always there to get it on camera. We met our DJ, Marshal, when we went to my sister in laws wedding. We liked him so much that we requested him for our own wedding, and he did not disappoint. It seemed like every request I had was not a problem for Marshal. One of my favorite things is that he even got up on the dance floor, which I encouraged. I got many compliments that my DJ did a great job getting my guests onto the dance floor! Very impressed!

Words cannot express how amazing and stress-free Complete Weddings + Events and DJ AJ (or Djaj) made our special day! Planning was an online form that laid out the key songs and order for the wedding. It felt amazing after meeting with DJ AJ in person to go over song lists and vibes for the wedding. He did an amazing job taking our vision, running with it, and making it a party! Logan was so easy to work with, he answered all our questions timely. He facilitated our day perfectly from the ceremony to the reception. He was willing to make changes when changes were needed. He was a phenomenal DJ and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better.
Oh my goodness, I don't even know where to begin! Everything about the service we received from Complete Weddings and events was exceptional! From atart to finish, Chris and his team outdid themselves.
Chris's attention to detail, his patience, his professionalism and his kindness certainly place him and his accompany in a league of their own. Complete Weddings and events did our sound/DJ and our photography and we were beyond pleased. I would like to sincerely thank our photographer, Chelsea and our DJ, Taylor for all that they did to make our event so very memorable.
Chelsea knows exactly what she is doing and our guests loved her! She was unobtrusive and very "in tune" with everything that was happening. She also spent time with my husband and I before the wedding, so that she could understand what we wanted to achieve with our photos. We haven't received them as yet but we are certain they will be breathtaking. Chelsea's training and background also places her among the best.
Then there was Taylor, the best sound person and DJ, I have ever worked with. I have experience in coordinating events and would hire Taykor for any event I would be having in the future. She was on-time, on point and went far beyond what we expected. Not to mention her awesome personality. She never missed a beat where our "special songs" were concerned. She is also an exceelent host and Master of Ceremonies. Our guests didbt hestitare to get on the dance floor after dinner. Taylor got them going for sure! We believe our wedding would not have been as spectacular, were it not for Taylor.
In a nutshell, Chris and his team make us want to get married again, they are phenomenal! Words cannot express how grateful my husband and I are. They truly are the best!
Our videographer was top notch! Paul Gottshall did such an amazing job the day of the wedding. He was willing to come early to help capture out "first look" and when I asked him to stay an extra 10 minutes to capture one more part of our reception he gladly did. He got along very well with our photographer, and they worked in sync together, having not even met before that day. I cannot recommend him enough! I am super excited to see all the footage he captured of our wedding day!
Our DJ was a little soft spoken and couldn't be heard very well when he was speaking into the microphone. There were a few hiccups with the schedule of the reception, and he rolled with it nicely. He had told me he would come prepared with what he needed for the ceremony but while we were taking our wedding party/family photos in the ceremony space I could tell he needed help. I was able to connect him to the pastor of the church who was able to help him, but it seemed a little chaotic and felt like he was scrambling a bit. He was very friendly and wanted to be helpful, such as helping the groom and I fill out plates at the buffet, but it just felt awkward.
The photo booth attendant seemed to do well, he seemed to be knowledgeable on his roll.
Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed in our wedding coordinator. From the first meeting I had with her she wasn't prepared hardly at all. I had filled out all the online forms for Complete with a lot of details and she either didn't have access to them or had not taken the time to look at them. We spent probably a good hour or more of me repeating what I had already filled out and she was writing it down. She was asking me questions that I felt like she should have already known or could have access to knowing. I had to ask her to edit the wedding day itinerary multiple times and she didn't email it back to me after it was edited. The itinerary was not user-friendly, and I actually ended up re-doing most of it in Excel myself because family members and venders couldn't access it or read it. I think every vender we had for the wedding except for the cake bakery was still reaching out to me the week of the wedding asking me where to park and come into the building at and so on. I was told by the coordinator that she was telling all of them these details, so I am not sure where the disconnect was.
On the day of the wedding, it didn't seem like she came as prepared as I would have expected her to. She didn't have things printed out, such as the list of who was to receive boutonniere and corsages, and the morning of between getting my hair & make-up done was scrambling to find that list for her. Many small details were also not followed through on, such as turning on candles and lights for the reception space. If a friend of mine wouldn't have noticed it 30 minutes before the wedding was to start it would not have gotten done.
During our photos with wedding party and family, she was so soft spoken no one could hear her which caused us to lose time getting through the photos and although she had a list, I had given her she was not following it close enough, and I am afraid we didn't get every picture taken we had hoped to get. There were many times when we needed to her to get people's attention and she could not because she was so soft spoken and/or timid, and I would have to shout over the crowd of people to get their attention. A friend of mine had volunteered to help out with coordinating the day of and I think my fiend actually did more the day of than the coordinator we actually were paying to do the job. The friend was more than happy to help out but said she felt slightly taken advantage of by the coordinator because the coordinator was asking her to do things that she felt the coordinator should be doing herself.
There were several moments throughout the day that there were small issues that as the bride I didn't need to know about, but she came to me with each one not knowing what to do. By hiring a coordinator, I guess I expected that I wouldn't have been bothered with things that she should have handled without needing to bring it to my attention.
I had high hopes and high expectations for hiring a wedding coordinator and was not very pleased with the outcome.
I'm not usually someone who complains much, but since we paid so much money for this service, I expected better than what we received.
Quick, concise, easy to follow instructions/website portal. We were completely hands off when it came to set up/take down. DJ Bradley had amazing energy and was so kind and helpful!
I really liked how I was able to get all of my services from one place.
We liked having all the services in one place. Our photographer, Jacqie, gave a lot of direction and helped tremendously in moving things along. The DJ, Kaia, was also super helpful to the couple and was very nice and fun. The videographer, Gavin, coordinated well with the crew and did a good job keeping to the background.
Crickett is so great to work with! She is always so accommodating and willing to help. We have always enjoyed working with her and always hope she is the DJ for our next events.
We got a lot of complements on the Photo Booth itself! April was great, very friendly and helpful!
Caesar Sanchez was the DJ at our wedding and he was absolutely amazing! We loved how personable he was with us and our guests. He was sure to play our favorite songs and keep everyone dancing with his selections! Thank you so much to Caesar for giving us and our guests the best experience!
Shortly after submitting my inquiry through your website, I was contacted by Sarah who was very informative, responsive and patient/thorough in answering all of my questions. I also worked with Jeff on designing a custom screen for our event. He too was patient and went through several rounds of creative to make sure the design was perfect for our event. Wonderful customer service overall.
The booth itself was great as well. We really liked how sleek the overall design of it is and how little space it took up. The lighting also came in handy in our dark dining room. Glorimar (the booth attendant) was also a pleasure to work with. We host this style event in various markets and have often experienced issues with the attire the attendants wear. As a fine dining restaurant, it's important that everyone is dressed appropriately and a good representation of our brand. I appreciate Glorimar taking all of that into consideration and dressing up for our event. She was pleasant, always smiling and engaging with guests, which goes a long way.
The only issue we ran into was the booth connecting to our Wi-Fi the first night of our event. Glorimar had a hotspot with her, but it was being used to level out the booth so it stood straight. As a solution, I offered up the hotspot on my phone which worked for a little bit, but wasn't the strongest connection and it likely disconnected at some point during the event. This resulted in guests not receiving their photos until the next day. We had several guests come up to us throughout the event asking why they hadn't received theirs. They were understanding when I explained it was a connectivity issue and they would receive it once we had connection, it just wasn't an ideal situation. Looking back, I wish we would have used something else to level out the booth so the hotspot could have been used for its true purpose. This was corrected the second day by using a linen instead of the hotspot, and guests/team members were happy to be receiving their photos so quickly.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend Complete Weddings + Events. Thank you!

DJ Peg was super kind and engaged during our event! He was willing to accept requests, was flexible upon arrival seeing the venue for the first time, and worked seamlessly with other vendors including a live musician. We are so grateful!

The DJ scheduled a call before the wedding to follow up on my requests and make sure nothing had changed and adjust what did change.
