The hair cutter I had was very pleasant and friendly. She took the time to make me
feel like I had always had been there.
When I arrived, being my first time there, I had no idea how to proceed. There were prompts to tell me to fill in my phone number and my name to add to the list, I was not aware that I needed to do this for both my children as well as myself and although the staff were around, no one offered to help me. I waited approx 30 minutes for my name to be called and then they explained that they could only see one of us, due to me not putting the extra names on the list and I would have to make my children wait another 40 minutes or more to be seen. To me, not acceptable. My children are 5 and under and I do not believe it would have put things out of order, as they expressed, in order to quickly cut their hair. I do understand that there is MVP treatments offered but for children under 5, they would not need this.
