Your Manager was outstanding in doing my haircut and in managing a difficult situation that arose with another employee that was serving another customer. When I anonymously paid for the other customer and left the Manager a tip, after I was gone she decided to split the tip with the other employee - who has that kind of integrity these days? Outstanding performance and stellar integrity. They say that integrity is what you do when no one is looking, when no one knows ... thank you sincerely.
