However..You absolutely Need to get your head office to rebuild a new easier app allowing clarity for faster and easier online reservations, and faster and easier password resets.
Your present app is prone to dropping reservations, double reservations and confusing navigation even after logging in.
Also you need a points reward system to stay competitive.

I tried to book my appointment on line but it did not work the day of my hait cut. Usually it was working but the hair stylist Ellis was very good and friendly and my waiting time was very short. I could recommend Sport clips at all my friends.
