I love this studio! The vibes are amazing every time I walk in. The instructors are very intentional and personable and overall the area is great. I feel really challenged in my classes

Amanda is my favorite instructor (she’s amazing) but she keeps overbooking her classes and then we all have to squeeze and create extra spots

Love the structure & pace of class, the instructors and community is just a bonus!

I would highly recommend to friends! My only issue is that I have an achilles injury from gymnastics 20yrs ago and seems to be aggravated by jumping without shoes on so I may not be able to continue with CorePower but I would suggest to all my friends!
