What do you like about our programs and activities?

I use the warm water pool on an average of 4 times a week. It fills my need for exercise which is gentle on my arthritic joints. I usually reserve the lap lane for my exercise. It also helps me control my weight.

I like being around other people and having casual conversations.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The activities include a wide variety of interests as well as health and exercise. Since moving here 2 years ago, I have made a lot of friends with similar interests to mine. It is a fun, safe, environment for senior citizens.

There is always something going on at The Center for me to take part in. Love water aerobics
and Witty Minds always has something new to participate in. Plus the Bus Tours are a hoot.

The Center is a good place to meet new people and keep my mind busy.

The water therapy seems to be helping my bad back and knee arthritis in just three weeks.at twice a week.
At bingo I have met a lot of new people and mad some very dear friends.

Pool is great even though I have only been able to use it a couple times so far. Enjoy dominoes and hope to get in on more crafts, etc. in the future.

I like the instructor Bob's class on Better Balance because it exercises the whole body instead of just a few areas and we need that whole body approach.
